So much food! Definitely family portions! We usually get two dishes but I wasn't very hungry so we decided to split. So glad, no way we could have finished. Broaster chicken meal (comes with fries and salad), roughly $10usd. Add our 1.5 liter Coke and it was $13usd. Restaurant is roomy and clean. Great bathrooms. Fast and friendly staff ;)

Despite the name, I didn't see anything "fusion" about the place, unless you count a couple of chifa style dishes. Most of it is good, traditional Peruvian food. The ceviche could use more spice and less aji-no-moto. The pollo a la brasa was excellent.
